Both EDI and API are used to transfer data from one system to another. Yes. As part of our ongoing monthly service, we receive notifications of API updates from our system partners and ensure any changes or adjustments have been made to prevent any errors or mapping failures. This can often be a big untertaking, but it’s all covered by our service.
If Crossfire hasn’t worked with your system before, that’s absolutely fine as we work with new systems all the time. We scope this out for you to understand what is required to then enable Crossfire to push/pull data in and out of the system. Based on this analysis, an accurate quote can be provided to you for the development but in most cases this does not have an additional cost for the customer.
